What you're buying

Each package describes a fixed scope, timeline, and price, published on the pricing page. When you complete checkout you're commissioning that scope at that price.

Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it starts. We will never invoice you for something you didn't approve in writing.

Payment

Packages are payable in full at checkout. There are no instalment plans or deposits, so nothing is outstanding once you have paid and work begins immediately. Enterprise engagements are invoiced against a schedule agreed in writing before work starts.

Care plans and other monthly services are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any sales tax or VAT that may apply where you are.

Your responsibilities

Timelines assume you provide content, feedback, and access within the agreed windows. If material is delayed, the launch date moves by a corresponding amount.

You confirm you have the right to use any content, images, logos, or data you give us.

Revisions and approval

Each package states its revision allowance. Revisions cover refinement of agreed direction; a change of direction after approval is new work and is quoted.

Deliverables are considered approved 10 business days after delivery if we haven't heard from you.

Ownership

On final payment, all intellectual property in the deliverables transfers to you — source code, designs, and content we produced for you.

We retain ownership of our internal tooling, libraries, and generic components, and grant you a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use them as part of your project.

Unless you ask us not to, we may show the work publicly in our portfolio and case studies.

Cancellation and refunds

All sales are final. Packages and add-ons are non-refundable once paid, and there is no cancellation, partial refund, or credit — whether or not work has started. Work begins immediately on payment, and by completing checkout you ask us to start straight away and give up any statutory cooling-off period that would otherwise apply.

Revisions and the approval process exist so that problems are caught during the build rather than settled with a refund afterwards. Each package states its revision allowance.

Monthly care plans are the exception: cancel at any time with 30 days' notice. The period already paid for is not refunded and runs to its end.

We may end an engagement if the working relationship becomes untenable; in that case you receive everything produced to date and no further payment is due.

Support and warranty

Each package includes a post-launch support period during which we fix defects in our work at no charge.

Support does not cover new features, third-party service outages, or issues caused by changes made by others after handover.

Liability

We deliver work with reasonable skill and care, but we don't warrant specific business outcomes such as traffic, rankings, or revenue.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected engagement. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that state.
